Dr. Ben is originally from Brownsburg, IN where he grew up and went to high school. As a kid he was very active playing baseball, football, basketball, golf, swimming and hunting. He was also very active with piano lessons and fort building! In high school Dr. Ben narrowed his sport activities to Golf and Swimming. By his senior year he was the captain of the swim team, Academic All-American, and qualified as an alternate for the state finals. Golf, however, he carried into college at Anderson University. He played varsity all years at Anderson while working towards a pre-medical Chemistry major. After three years in undergrad, he transferred to Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO. After his first two semesters at Logan he received a BS in Human Biology. Four years later he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic. At graduation he received the Diversified Technique Award, which is the valedictorian of adjusting.
Personally, Dr. Ben has a devotion to his family and community. Although most of his family still lives in Indiana, he frequently gets to visit them. He is a member of Hendersonville Community Church where he teaches Sunday school for the junior high boys as well as facilitates a small group of high school students on Wednesday nights. You might see him at local events checking people’s spines, leading workshops, or out loving life. Dr. Ben currently enjoys any type of water sport as well as a round of golf with friends.
